Pastor's Cohorts: Fellowship, Food & growth

Ministry is a calling that is best walked out in community. Our Pastor's Cohorts provide a dedicated space for local leaders to step away from their daily responsibilities to sharpen their minds, encourage their spirits, and build lasting friendships with fellow laborers in the Gospel.

What we do

Each month, our cohorts gather to dive into a ministry-related book carefully selected for its relevance to the unique challenges pastors face in today’s world. More than just a book club, these meetings are a "think-tank" for current ministry issues, offering:

  • Insightful Discussion: Honest conversations about leadership, theology, and practical ministry.
  • Genuine Fellowship: A safe space to share burdens and celebrate victories with those who understand the journey.
  • Intentional Encouragement: A time to be poured into so you can continue pouring into your congregation.

Meeting Location & Details

To better serve our local leaders, we offer two convenient locations. Both groups meet monthly and involve a shared meal.

  • Sumter Cohort - Pastors from the Sumter Area
  • Manning Cohort - Pastors from the Manning, Clarendon & Summerton Area

The Best Part? It's on us

We believe in investing in the health of our local churches. That is why these cohorts—including the monthly lunch and all study materials—are provided at no cost to our participating pastors.

How to join

Whether you have been in ministry for thirty years or thirty days, there is a seat at the table for you. We would love to have you join us for our next gathering.
